Can animals have OCD? Scientist's have reported that animals have gene that can create OCD or their equivalent CCD (Canine Compulsive Disorder). Some dogs have a tendency to chase their tails or snap at flies in a compulsive way reports the Daily Mail. The DNA found is hoped to be located in human DNA which could potentially stop the symptoms. The disorder is said to affect 1 in 50 people around the world. Dobermans are a type of dog which are expected to be affected by this disorder more than other types of dogs.
