Analysis of an Image
In this particular voyeur image, I can apply the theory of Yin / Yang Visual Theory. The points of location, the two people crossing the road, crossing over with the four points of acceptable balance, which is the first point the viewer would look at and grab the audiences attention. The image also is an example of two elements juxtaposed against each together, being the left side of the image being the building, and the right side of the image being the main road and being noticeably cluttered. The horizonal lines in this image are also very propionate, in both the left hand bottom corner of the image and of the buliding in the left hand side completely. This symbolises the 3-dimensinal state of the image and attracts more attention the main road where the focus of the image, the people crossing the road are placed.
